CoreAI provides business automation services for home service contractors, including AI-powered phone and SMS answering, lead follow-up automation, and AI appointment scheduling.
You agree to provide accurate information, use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, notify us immediately of any unauthorized use, and obtain proper consent from your customers before automated communications.
Payment terms are established in your individual service agreement. All fees are due according to the payment schedule specified in your contract. Late payments may result in service suspension.
All automation systems, scripts, workflows, and related materials created by CoreAI remain the intellectual property of CoreAI. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials for your business operations during the term of your service agreement.
CoreAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to automation systems will be discontinued, and any outstanding fees will become due.
